Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are beyond our control.
If you refuse delivery of your order and it is returned to us, any shipping, return shipping, customs duties, taxes, or related fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount once the returned package has been received and processed.

The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags/garment stickers attached.
Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.
The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed from atfirstsightstudio. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.
