All pieces from At First Sight Studio are designed and made in Barcelona, Spain, in local workshops that share our values. We focus on artisanal production in small quantities and closely supervise every step of the process to ensure excellent quality and conscious production.

Sizing tends to run small, so we recommend checking the size chart available on each product page before placing your order. On our website, you will find the updated stock of each piece. If an item is about to sell out, you will see it indicated next to the size, as the number of units left in stock is displayed. You can also follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on restocks and new arrivals.

Restocks are mainly announced through our Instagram account and newsletter, which are the best ways to be the first to hear about new arrivals and not miss any opportunity. If you want to know if an item will be available again, you can write to us at our email. If you receive a defective item, please write to us within 14 calendar days of receipt at hello@atfirstsightstudio.com, attaching photos and your order number. When you contact us, we will respond within 24 to 48 business hours. Don’t worry, our priority is to resolve your issue, and we will take care of everything, including any shipping costs related to the problem.

Here’s everything you need to know about returns:

  • You can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, with tags, accessories, and original packaging. It is very important that the item is returned with the original box and without any damage.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if the return is due to our error or a defect in the product.
  • You will need the order number to complete the return on the portal.
  • Once we receive and verify that the product is in good condition, we will proceed with the refund or offer you a voucher for future purchases, according to your preference.
  • The refund usually takes approximately one week from the moment we verify the condition of the products.
  • Claims regarding defective products or errors must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returns are not accepted solely for the purpose of repurchasing products with active promotions or discounts.

At First Sight prepares all orders before 10 a.m. (CET) on the day following the purchase.
Please note that during periods like Black Friday or Christmas, slight delays may occur due to courier service saturation. If you have any issues with your order, don’t hesitate to contact us.

We ship worldwide, and shipping costs and methods vary depending on the destination country. Always check the specific information for your country.

If you want to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier service will contact you to reschedule the delivery.

In some cases, shipments outside the European Union may involve additional fees and taxes, which will be the buyer’s responsibility. We will handle all the necessary documentation for customs procedures.
