We cover the shipping costs in the event that you receive a defective product. If you notice any defects in the product, please contact us within 20 days from the delivery date to initiate the return and refund process.


  • Return Conditions

Products must be in their original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging.

If the product came in a box, please make sure to return it in its original box and without damage.

Customs charges are borne by the customer.


  • Return Steps

First of all, it is vital to have in hand the order number. This is the first piece of information we will ask for when starting the process. Second, out of all the items you had in your previous order, you'll have to decide/choose which ones you want to return. It is important to mention that there both options to select from, exchanges and refunds. After that, and once our system has all the information asked through each step, you'll get detailed guidelines as for how to proceed with the logistics company. At the end, once the product gets to our warehouse and it is in perfect condition, you can opt for a full refund (if that was the selected refund method). Otherwise, we will offer you a gift card for future purchases.
