PRODUCT RETURNS
All products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date if they do not fit you or do not meet your expectations. For a return to be valid, items must be in good condition, unused, and with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the package arrives at our facilities, it will undergo a quality control process to verify that the items meet the stated conditions before proceeding with any refund or exchange.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Products must be in their original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging included.
- If the product came in a box, it must be returned in its original box and undamaged.
- Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
If you receive a defective product, please contact us at hello@atfirstsightstudio.com and include clear images of the issue so our team can properly assess the situation.
In these cases, we cover return shipping costs only if the defect is confirmed.
It is important that you contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the exchange or refund process.
RETURN PROCESS STEPS
- To start a return, you must have your order number and the email used for the purchase, as these will be required. (If you are not sure about your order number, please write to hello@atfirstsightstudio.com and we will help you.)
- The entire process must be managed through our portal, which you can access here, in order to ensure a fast, clear, and intuitive management experience.
- Next, you will need to select the items you wish to return within your order, choosing between two options: exchange or refund.
- Once you complete the process and our system receives all the information, we will send you detailed instructions to arrange the shipment with the carrier.
- When the product arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure it is in perfect condition and meets the return requirements.

- If you have requested a refund, it will be processed once the product review has been approved.
- If you have requested an exchange, we will arrange the new shipment after the item has been validated.
Please note that refunds may take up to 14 business days to be completed, as processing time depends on your bank and is carried out once the product has been reviewed and approved in our warehouse.
LARGE ORDERS
For orders over €600, if the return involves the entire order, we reserve the right to deduct the outbound and return shipping costs associated with the order from the refund.
This is because larger orders involve higher logistical transport costs, which form part of the shipping service already provided.
SHIPPING LIABILITY
Costs and risks associated with returns are the responsibility of the sender (unless the product is defective). We recommend managing everything through our portal.
It is very important to report any delivery-related issues within 14 days of receiving the product. Our goal is to resolve any issue efficiently and fairly.
