SHIPPING INFORMATION

At First Sight prepares all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders are typically processed before 10:00 a.m. (CET) on the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your parcel.

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination. If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us at hello@atfirstsightstudio.com.

Please ensure all shipping information is correct when placing your order. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other local fees. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

At First Sight does not collect or control these charges and cannot predict their amount. Any customs clearance procedures required by the destination country may also result in additional delays beyond the estimated delivery times.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, incorrect shipping information, or failure to accept delivery, any shipping, return shipping, customs duties, taxes, and related fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

The delivery times below are estimates and begin once the order has been processed, which usually takes 1–2 business days.

• Oceania: 9–11 business days
• America: 9–11 business days
