We ship worldwide, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location. For orders within Spain and the European Union, the price you pay at checkout already includes VAT. You'll always receive the receipt with all the details.

For orders outside the European Union, we do not charge taxes or duties at the time of purchase. This means that any tax or customs obligations are the responsibility of the customer. Depending on the country and the order, you may have to pay VAT, duties, or other local taxes. We have no control over these fees, and they do not depend on us.

We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right.

The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags/garment stickers attached.

Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.

The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed from atfirstsightstudio. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.
