We ship worldwide, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location. Shipping cost is free for orders over 300€.
The prices on the site do not include taxes or customs duties (this applies for orders outside Europe, the Canary Islands and United Kingdom). All applicable obligations will be borne by the client. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the amount of duty you will pay, but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right.
The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags/garment stickers attached.
Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 21 days.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.
The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed from atfirstsightstudio. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.
